What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the products you are interested in and any message you write.

When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you share so we can reply and arrange your appointment.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange a free home appointment
• prepare and send your quote
• supply, fit and look after the blinds, curtains or screens you order
• keep records needed for accounts, tax and warranties

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Our legal basis

We use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract, such as providing a quote, and to carry out any contract you place with us. We keep some records because the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting.

How enquiries are handled on this website

When you submit a form, your details are sent to us by email and a copy is stored securely in the website database so enquiries are not lost. If you give your email address, you also receive an automatic confirmation email. Only authorised staff can access these records.

• Google reviews: our reviews are displayed using the Trustindex service, which loads review content from Google.
